Return Policy

Store Policies – Returns

Returns may be accepted if requested within 14 days of delivery. Post items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns on custom orders will be on a case by case basis – contact us for inquiries.

Cancellations or changes to order may be accepted up until order has shipped. We will not be able to accommodate changes to orders once posted. Cancellations or changes may or may-not be permitted on custom orders

Shipping Policy

Store Policies – Shipping

Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. Changes or cancellations may be accepted up until date order shipped. Buyer will be notified when item shipped and tracking details included when applicable.

Seller maintains the right to change shipping provider at any time.

Orders to some European countries may not be able to be fulfilled due to international shipping restrictions beyond sellers control. In these instances, buyers will be contacted by seller and purchase refunded in full.

This website is owned and operated by Emily Daft. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors online purchasing and subscription services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged per purchase to your payment method.

Return and refund policy

For any undamaged product, contact seller within 14 days of the date you receive the product. Returned products must be received within 30 days of delivery with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) , and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Store Policies Warranties & responsibility for services and products

No warrantee is provided on handmade items. Normal wear and tear may result in damage to products. Handmade jewelry should be handled with care as they are bound with fine jewelry findings. Buyers should abide by the enclosed recommended jewelry care instructions.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Emily Daft. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof. Web materials may be used by others with directs consent from seller.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
